Do your used items come with a warranty?No, our used items do not come with warranties. However, each used item undergoes inspection and servicing to ensure it operates as intended.

Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?We do not accept returns. We strongly recommend inspecting items before purchase to ensure they meet your requirements.

How can I view the items I'm interested in?iewing is by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a time. For those traveling from a distance, a deposit can secure the items of interest for viewing.

Do you accept trade-ins on equipment?Yes, we do accept trade-ins on equipment.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept Visa and Mastercard with a 3% surcharge. Credit card transactions are limited to $2,500. We also welcome e-transfers, cash, and bank wire transfers.

How can I view a product I'm interested in?Contact us through the Contact page either by email, phone or by leaving a message. We can arrange for an in person visit, or if need be, a Facetime video walk around, so you can view the product virtually.
